Construction Wrap-Ups
For large construction projects that want to avert coverage gaps and require greater control over total construction costs and improved overall project safety, Daniels Insurance can provide our expertise in wrap-ups with an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) or a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP). A wrap-up provides a cost-efficient coverage solution and risk management program for the job-site risks of the owner, construction manager, general contractor, contractors, subcontractors, and design firms. Standard coverages provided under a wrap-up include General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Excess Liability, and Builder’s Risk. Project Environmental Liability and Project Design Team Errors & Omissions should also be considered on a per-project basis.
